Licences
A licence is a key, and nothing is shipped. The licence server creates the key after Razorpay confirms the payment.
- The key appears on the payment confirmation page.
- It also appears on the My orders page after you sign in with the WhatsApp number used to pay.
- It is e-mailed to the e-mail address you gave at checkout.
If creating the key fails, the system retries automatically every 30 minutes.
Printed cards and supplies
We deliver to addresses in India only. Printed cards and supplies are sent by courier (Delhivery) after Razorpay confirms the payment.
The delivery charge is shown before you pay. The courier tracking number appears on the payment confirmation page and on My orders once the parcel is booked.
